Your Right to Data Deletion

At Unity Financial Network LLC, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon your request, we can delete the following types of data:

  • Account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Login credentials and authentication data
  • Contact lists you have uploaded
  • Email templates and campaign content you created
  • WhatsApp message history and templates
  • Campaign analytics and performance data
  • Usage logs and activity history

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • Records required to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
  • Description of the data you want deleted
  • Confirmation that you understand this action is irreversible

Option 2: Phone Request

Call us at (786) 828-5576 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST) to submit a verbal data deletion request. You will need to verify your identity.

Option 3: Written Request

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify your identity before processing your request. This may include:

  • Confirming information only the account holder would know
  • Sending a verification email to your registered email address
  • Requesting government-issued identification (in some cases)

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. In some cases, we may need up to 45 days for complex requests, and we will notify you if additional time is needed.

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to our Platform, we will also:

  • Delete your WhatsApp Business Account connection data
  • Remove stored access tokens and authentication credentials
  • Delete WhatsApp conversation logs stored on our Platform
  • Remove any Meta Business Suite integration data

Note: Data stored directly by Meta/Facebook is subject to their own data deletion policies. You may need to submit a separate request to Meta at facebook.com/help/contact/784491318687824

Consequences of Data Deletion

Please be aware that once your data is deleted:

  • Your account will be permanently terminated
  • You will lose access to all campaigns, templates, and analytics
  • This action cannot be undone
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • You will need to create a new account to use the Platform again

Confirmation

Once your data deletion request has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email to the address on file (before deletion). This email will confirm:

  • The date the deletion was completed
  • Categories of data that were deleted
  • Any data that was retained and the reason for retention

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request. We recommend downloading your campaign reports and contact lists from your account settings before requesting deletion.
